Privacy Policy

We guarantee that we will not use your details for any purpose other than to prepare, despatch and deliver your goods. Any personal data held by us will not be transferred out of the EEA. All information received from you will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party bar in the completion and delivery of your purchase. All your personal data is stored in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and now incorporated into UK law effective, 1st January 2021 under Article 71 of the Withdrawal Agreement.

Our website has the option to leave a customer review for the quality of your product and the level of service you receive, you may choose to ignore this or complete the customer review at your discretion, if you complete the customer review, we may use your completed response in an anonymous publication on our site.
 

Delivery of purchased goods

We aim to process and despatch all completed orders received within 2 – 7 working days. All Items will be securely packed to prevent damage in transit. We will acknowledge all orders with an order confirmation sent to your advised email address, the order confirmation will detail the item ordered by part number and or description, the price paid inclusive of VAT where applicable and the delivery address. It is the customers responsibility to check the order confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct and complete, the items ordered are correct and the price charged is correct. Please contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies so we may amend in a timely manner.

Our products are offered subject to availability. In the rare event we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you and offer an immediate refund. If goods are being delivered outside of the United Kingdom, you as the purchaser will be responsible for any customs or duties that may be applicable to that country or territory.

 

Non receival of goods

When using our courier service someone will need to be available at the delivery address to sign for receipt of the package. The courier company will provide a scanned copy of the receiving signature on request as proof a package has been delivered. In the unlikely event that the recipient claims the goods have not been delivered and the courier company has a signature as proof of delivery to the specified delivery address in the order, the recipient will be required to liaise directly with the courier company concerned, Comfortcleanse Limited will be unable to arbitrate in this scenario. If a customer refuses to accept a delivery from a postal service or courier after ordering a product from Comfortcleanse Limited this will be recorded as a refusal to accept the package or a similar description, this will be considered a return due to a change of mind and the return cost charged by the courier will be deducted and a refund less return charges processed only after the package has been safely received by us.

 

Damaged or missing items

It is essential you open and check the condition of your order as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. In the rare situation your order arrives with damaged or missing components this must be notified in writing and emailed to us (info@comfortcleanse.com) within 48 hours of receiving your goods for compensation to be considered. Any claim notified after 48 hours will NOT be considered. In the case of a product sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer will require the customer to contact their U.K. office DIRECTLY with purchase receipts and product serial numbers in the first instance, we can guide you on the information required and details of the manufacturer’s U.K. office. Once an item has been installed no claims will be considered for damage or missing parts.

 

Installation

All of the Bidet Shower toilets must be installed in compliance to your local water authority regulations, which is a legal requirement in the U.K. All electrical connections for the Electric Bidet Showers must comply with the latest edition of the IET Wiring Regulations BS7671: xxxx

Please note all prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to add and discontinue product lines as we see fit and without advance notice.

 

Product description

We source similar products from various manufacturers, occasionally due to this, items may vary slightly to that depicted in the images; we guarantee the products we supply will always be fit for purpose and be of equal or superior quality / material than that depicted in the image or written description.

 

Warranty and Returns Policy

Return requests MUST be made within 15 days of receiving your order. If you receive a defective product or wish to return an item, please email us at info@comfortcleanse.com to arrange an exchange or refund.  We will also advise the return address. Exchange items will only be sent AFTER we have received the original item back from you in original condition, intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Free delivery does not apply if you decide to return the item because of a change of mind, therefore the carriage cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If you have paid for special or expedited delivery services these are not refundable if you subsequently return an item. Any and all refunds can only be refunded to the original purchaser of the goods.

Warranty

We guarantee all our products to be free of defects for a minimum of 6 months from the date of sale, any longer or extended warranty periods will be advised on the product page on our website if applicable. We aim to repair any defective items or if this is not possible replace with a like for like replacement, if this is not possible, we shall refund your payment on receipt of the defective item.

Where a product is sold with a manufacturer’s warranty this means the manufacturer or their U.K. subsidiary administers the warranty and frequently only the manufacturer or their subsidiary will have trained technicians qualified to repair appliances and access to the parts required to repair a device. Comfortcleanse Limited will of course support and liaise with the manufacturer or their subsidiary on behalf of the customer, however, the manufacturer in most instances will require the customer to contact them with a copy of their purchase receipt and particulars of the product defect and installation location. Where the fault lies with third party installation and not a manufacturing defect with the product the manufacturer or Comfortcleanse Limited accepts no responsibility for installation defects.

Where Comfortcleanse Limited administers the warranty on behalf of the manufacturer it is the responsibility of the customer to uninstall, package and return any defective part to us for repair or replacement. Comfortcleanse Limited will NOT be responsible for the cost of removal, return, or re-installation of products or any consequential loss or damage incurred by the failure of our products. Any compensation will be limited to the total value of the goods if purchased or the advertised price if provided free of charge. Please contact us for details of our returns address. We are unable to refund nor exchange special orders or spare parts.

  • If a returned item is found to have been damaged by yourself then the item will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to you once the return postage fee has been paid.
  • If you simply change your mind for any reason, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the goods on receipt of the returned goods in a damage free re-saleable condition. Returns after the 14-day period are at our discretion and may incur a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us and recommend you use a signed for service as proof of delivery.
  • Your rights as a consumer are protected under the U.K. distant selling regulations, we will always exceed our legal obligations.
  • We will always treat you, our customer fairly and if there are any doubts err on your side. We aim to offer outstanding customer service, if something goes wrong, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and to your complete satisfaction.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as governed by the laws of England.
